General Meeting 2023

On Friday March 24 2023 our annual General Meeting (GM) takes place. The board reports on the operation of BrEA during the past year, as well as on the plans for the coming year and long term. This year our GM will again take place in Den Berg in Londerzeel.

After the meeting you can join the diner (partners are welcome to join). As always, we serve a three course menu. For the main course you can choose between fish, meat and vegetarian.

Mens Annual General Meeting Friday March 24:

Choice starter:

• Carpaccio Fasona Piemontes (beef carpaccio/pickled shallot/cream black garlic/Grana Padsano/…)
• Burrata (Buffalo Burrata/Symphony of Tomatoes/Marinated Fennel/Tomato Water)

Choice main course:

• Farm chicken “Printanière” (chicken stuffed with green asparagus/spring vegetables/gratin/Bordelaise)
• Sea bass (fried sea bass/spring vegetables/gratin/white butter sauce)
• Puffed Aubergine (Eggplant/brunoise/Quorn/Risotto/grilled vegetables)

Choice dessert:

• Moelleux Valrhona (moelleux/salt caramel/red fruit/Bourbon vanilla ice cream)
• Frozen Pavlova (meringue/vanilla ice cream/Greek yogurt/red fruit/espuma raspberry)
