Special General Meeting

In accordance with the new Companies and Associations Act of 23 March 2019, we too must amend our articles of association. At the EGM on 17 November, the quorum was not reached for a legally valid vote. Therefore, a second EGM is needed. This will take place on 3 February (before the New Year reception). Taking into account the current corona situation and the spread of the omicron variant of the coronavirus, this meeting will take place both physically, at the headquarters of the association, as well as digitally.
