Werfbezoek / Construction visit: Learning and Innovation Center

Op de grens tussen de campus VUB en de campus ULB komt een nieuw universiteitsgebouw. Het Learning and Innovation Center (LIC) zal een smeltkroes zijn aan verschillende ruimtes waar hoogtechnologische apparatuur de kennisuitwisseling ondersteunt, en zal ook de bibliotheek exacte en toegepaste wetenschappen samenbrengen.

Dankzij alumnus Brecht De Bo, biedt BrEA jullie de unieke kans om deze werf te bezoeken voordat het gebouw wordt opgeleverd.

Deel mee in een nieuw stukje geschiedenis van de VUB en ontdek het LIC zoals je het nooit meer zal kunnen zien. Afspraak op 20 april 2024 om 16:45 op de esplanade aan de ingang tussen gebouw F en G. We sluiten af met een drankje in de Lounge Bar 1050.

Vooraf inschrijven is verplicht, deelname voor BrEA leden is gratis, niet-leden betalen 10 euro. Gezien het aantal plaatsen beperkt is, gelieve tijdig te annuleren indien u verhinderd bent.

A new university building is emerging on the border between the VUB and ULB campuses. The Learning and Innovation Center (LIC) will be a melting pot of different spaces where high-tech equipment supports knowledge exchange, and will also bring together the library of exact and applied sciences.

Thanks to alumnus Brecht De Bo, BrEA is offering you the unique opportunity to visit this site before the building is completed. 

Experience a new piece of VUB history and discover the LIC as you will never be able to see it again. We assemble on April 20th, 2024 at 16:45 on the esplanade at the entrance between building F and G. We conclude with a drink in Lounge Bar 1050.

Pre-registration is required, participation for BrEA members is free, non-members pay 10 euros. Since the number of places is limited, please cancel in time if you are unable to attend.
